Trung Nguyen G7 Instant Coffee Sugar-Free + Collagen contains coffee, noncaloric sweetener, and non-dairy creamer. Just add hot water! Recommended Preparation: 

1. Empty one packet of G7 Collagen 3-in-1 instant coffee into an 8oz mug.
2. Pour 75mL of hot water into the mug.
3. Stir well and enjoy

*For iced, use two packets in step 1 and continue to follow steps 2 and 3.
